FlameStone American Grill is a casually sophisticated American Grill that places an emphasis on cooking with nature’s most basic elements: Fire & Stone. Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over an open fire or preparing our guacamole using lava stone, to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as Tableside Guacamole or Stone Oven Flat Breads make your first choice a tough one. FlameStone’s Tableside Guacamole is an experience that is unlike any guacamole you have ever tasted. Made tableside using a traditional Molcajete, we only use Haas Avocados and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you’ll love our steaks. At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards Chicago Angus Beef that is 28 day aged and that are hand cut on premises.

    It was phenomenal. Our server Gabriella was a delight. Polite, genuine and very helpful. Mark the manager was a pleasure to meet. Felt like we were friends. I only would wish that prices were a bit more affordable. I know it’s a tough economy, it is not their fault. I can only afford it on special occasions and thats a shame because I loved it.

    Started with tableside guac. Wonderful as usual. Then ordered the usual. Chicken for the MRS and a small filet with oscar topping. Both cooked to perfection with generous servings. Service was excellent as well.

    Myself and some business associates went to Fkamestone Frill for an informal business lunch. The food was great and the was service exceptional.

    There were four of us. My husband ordered the shrimp/scallops pasta dish. When he tried to eat a bite of the first scallop, it tasted like ammonia. VERY bad. He alerted our waiter, who brought the chef, who insisted that the scallops were good, but said he would replace his food. My husband asked them to prepare it with all shrimp, which they did do. There is zero doubt that the scallops were bad. We really felt that the chef and waiter should have apologized. They did not. They did not adjust the bill.

    What a great neighborhood treat we enjoyed again tonight. As always, the service was attentive and enjoyable which makes dining here a pleasure. We enjoyed the pork chops and the short ribs with our server offering to tailor the dishes to our wishes. Will definitely return.
