FlameStone American Grill is a casually sophisticated American Grill that places an emphasis on cooking with nature’s most basic elements: Fire & Stone. Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over an open fire or preparing our guacamole using lava stone, to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as Tableside Guacamole or Stone Oven Flat Breads make your first choice a tough one. FlameStone’s Tableside Guacamole is an experience that is unlike any guacamole you have ever tasted. Made tableside using a traditional Molcajete, we only use Haas Avocados and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you’ll love our steaks. At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards Chicago Angus Beef that is 28 day aged and that are hand cut on premises.

    Everything went well in the beginning, but once we placed our order for Entre, the wait for it was over 30 minutes, excuse was they had a large table prior to our order being placed, it appears the kitchen cannot handle more than one order at a time. Should have been prepared, it was Valentine's weekend.

    Portion sizes were smaller than expected. 6 oz filet looked like 4 oz. 5oz lobster tail was 2 bites - maybe 3oz. This was $60 for this plate of mini portions. Risotto was very pasty - looked and tasted like mashed potatoes. I actually asked the server if they gave me mashed potatoes instead of risotto. He confirmed it was a scoop of risotto. Service was very good. Old fashioned was very diluted - did not taste the alcohol. $7 side salad that was incremental to an entree probably could have been $3. Very small.

    We had a great meal for Valentine's. The restaurant was decorated and the menu was curated for the day. We had a great experience with the food and staff.

    Service exceptional, table-side guac amazing, we didn't enjoy entrees as much. Pricing is good for quality of service and finer-dining feel, can find better steak at this price-point. Glad we tried it but prob wont go back.

    What made our Valentine Day experience wonderful was the service -- JP was friendly, attentive and efficient. Will ask for JP next time. On the downside, the kitchen pushed out our entrees before we were finished with our salads. Additionally, we were seated at a booth next to the kitchen, which was noisy , despite the restaurant being mostly empty.. On the upside, the food was great
