FlameStone American Grill is a casually sophisticated American Grill that places an emphasis on cooking with nature’s most basic elements: Fire & Stone. Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over an open fire or preparing our guacamole using lava stone, to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as Tableside Guacamole or Stone Oven Flat Breads make your first choice a tough one. FlameStone’s Tableside Guacamole is an experience that is unlike any guacamole you have ever tasted. Made tableside using a traditional Molcajete, we only use Haas Avocados and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you’ll love our steaks. At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards Chicago Angus Beef that is 28 day aged and that are hand cut on premises.

Service from waiter J.P. impeccable as usual. Always thankful we get him when requested. A go to place for our occasions due to consistency of great food, great service, booths with lower noise, good atmoaphere, and clean and neat areas. Just a great experience and value without having to white knuckle events going well, inconsistent food and drinks, or bringing valued guests in (personal or business) and having them disappointed. We had the crab cakes, which had changed since last time but were still great as expected. Beef short rib, steaks (not to be missed), ribs, and seafood all excellent. There is one and only one reason I had to deduct a star. Notonly does the family always look forward to the 7-layer chocolate cake, which is a crowd pleaser there, but i was "on the hook" for a few slices being taken out and dropped off at a friends home on the way back for their birthday as well. I could not believe that super popular item had been unavailable for a week, and will still be unavailable nor some time...VERY disappointing. It really dampened the dessert course, and now I have to go back when its available and pick up cake for everyone, but not while we are dining or when the parties were (cake is that good that everyone expects it). Management needs to get that back in stock, AND not to cut any corners in doing so. Not having that signature dessert item was a big (but singular) let down.

Been there many times, but each time seems to get more expensive with less value. Meatloaf very dry, very expensive sea bass at $42 had little ro no flavor unless you like a ton of onions that come with it. No bread with meal unless you ask for it. Better options frankly just down the road foe that price.

We were a party of 5 people and all enjoyed their meals. the flatbreads were excellent and the baby back ribs were delicious. Our server Nick did a great job taking care of our needs.

New menu and left off some of its good items. Asparagus was not cooked. Sweet potatoes were not done as well as broccoli. Guess they need to have cook work on veggies cooking.

It was phenomenal. Our server Gabriella was a delight. Polite, genuine and very helpful. Mark the manager was a pleasure to meet. Felt like we were friends. I only would wish that prices were a bit more affordable. I know it’s a tough economy, it is not their fault. I can only afford it on special occasions and thats a shame because I loved it.

Started with tableside guac. Wonderful as usual. Then ordered the usual. Chicken for the MRS and a small filet with oscar topping. Both cooked to perfection with generous servings. Service was excellent as well.
