Service was great! Had a fun time there with our friends during the Labor Day brunch. Only knocking off a star because my food was kind of cold. Not the first time this happens for me during brunch at Five West when I order one of the skillets.

Great food and serviced as usual. Allie was our server and when I inadvertently ordered the wrong type of salmon in my sandwich, she kindly exchanged the salmon with milder sauces. All of this was done with great kindness and I deeply appreciated her customer service. I feel that the servers at 5 West are some of the best in Rochester. I take all of my out-of-town friends as well as work colleagues there because the food is always excellent, and the service is great.

Great food and service. Ownership needs to look at some sound dampening. To much bouncing noise.

Way overpriced for what you get. Slow service and my food was burnt. Forgot my beverage and we were done eating by the time I got it. The hostess was very rude. Not worth the time or money
