Service was slow. Food was mediocre. Enjoyed company of our friends but will pick a different place next meet-up.

This is a cozy italian restaurant with easy parking and friendly staff. We had a reservation so we didn't wait. My kids were disappointed that there was no oven fire baked pizza as they love italien-style pizza. Limited veggies as side (all zucchinis). The chicken, salmon and pasta were great - good wine and desert. Will go back.

Valentine’s Day was wonderful. There were great vibes with a violinist and the owner walking around.

Tortellini was best we've had. The lamb chops also were superb. The inexpensive '21 Nebbiolo was as good as many Barolo's we've had. Highly recommend this Italian restaurant. The best we've experienced on the Eastside.

The menu that is on open table is not what was presented to us. Disappointing in that. Had the chicken special, tasted like pan fried chicken with sauce poured over it after. For what was paid , not worth it.

The restaurant did an amazing job dealing with a power outage in nearby neighborhoods meaning it was packed! Our server was so busy managing many tables yet our drinks and meals were served in a timely manner. The food was well-prepared and delicious. Recommend pasta carbonara and spaghetti bolognese. Also, the Barbera and Chianti wines by the glass were very nice.

I hadn't been to Firenze since pre-pandemic. I wish I would have come back sooner than this. The food was incredible, the service was quick and attentive and the ambiance was cozy, rustic and friendly. It was less busy than I remembered and I'm glad I supported a small family business!

The place looks unassuming from the outside, but inside it is pleasant and larger than I expected. There was a single waitress who seemed to be doing everything, but she did a great job and service was friendly. The food was quite good, in particular my Penne Gorgonzola, which was perfectly seasoned and one of the better versions of that I have had. Overall I would absolutely recommend Firenze Ristorante and look forward to going back.
