1st time at restaurant and an awesome experience. For was very good. My wife had a ribeye and it would melt in your mouth. I had the sirloin and it was the same. Waitress was awesome. Thank you.

Wife and I ate there late August and it was great. I had the 16 ounce ribeye and it was probably the best steak I’ve ever had in a restaurant, ordered it medium and it was cooked pretty close to exactly what I consider medium. Wife had the Porcini Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli w/ shrimp and she loved it(I tried it as well and it was quite tasty, but I wouldn’t give up the steak for it). We then split a bananas foster for dessert and it was great as well. All the staff was really friendly and helpful, but our server Jaleesa(hope I spelled that right) was outstanding, best waitress we’ve had in a while.

We started out strong at Fire with a good first course of French onion soup. It was a little slow coming out. Second course we had steaks, sides and seafood risotto. Steaks were flavorful and cooked to temp. Risotto was delicious. This is when the service got out of whack with Latrell. All the other tables were getting roses and chocolates. We heard a neighboring server make recommendations and drink suggestions. Latrell didn’t try any of that. It was our daughter birthday so we ordered dessert. Lava cake and bananas foster. Fire also gave my daughter a free slice Of cheesecake since it was her birthday. There was no check back on the dessert. The lava cake was not done. The banana bread with the bananas and ice cream was also cold. This is not traditional bananas foster made table side so don’t order. She simply came back with the bill. We told her the desserts were cold. Our daughter left and didn’t get the roses she saw everyone else getting or the chocolates. I had to ask Latrell for these. It should have been a picture perfect night for our girl beginning to end but it just fell very flat at the end for a special occasion. We would go back. This was all a lack of ability to juggle her stables for Latrell. Management should consider a smaller section for her and a training to help her sell the experience that we know to be as Fire. This was our fourth time dining here so we know the service can be very good.

We were celebrating Michaels 80th birthday. The service was pretty good, just not as "polished" as usual. Our table was very unsteady and made eating a chore. Very disappointed in the rolls. You can buy better in the grocery store. Didn't feel like a 4 star restaurant atmosphere.

I made this reservation on June 19th for 6pm. I received a notification about an hour before reminding me of the reservation. Upon our arrival we found the door locked. We were told that there was a meeting and we couldn't get in till 7pm. We returned at 7pm and we were turned away again. My biggest concern is that I'm diabetic and had taken my medicine and need to eat shortly after taking it. Evidently there is a lack of communication between the resturant and open table.
