Just wasn’t 5 star Prime Rib was tough and more like a steak The ribeye ordered was cooked med rare and was suppose to be med well This was a Birthday Dinner and just didn’t turn out well The staff was very apologetic and kind We ate there on other time awhile ago and were disappointed the waitress had a party in the back and when we got our food it was all dried out. So one out of three times we had a great meal The staff is always nice though and we appreciate that We were given another steak to replace the he one we took it home and it was cooked med rare as well

My steak was perfect. It was just how I wanted. Just a bit pricey. My husband and I always enjoy our dinner here and the rolls are so so good!

Our server was wonderful. The food was great. It took a while to get our food and seemed a little unorganized.

We have dined here before and always had a great experience. An incorrect order was delivered to our table. It was a little confusing because the waiter had explained in detail what the special was and went to great lengths to explain it. My wife ordered it and when our order arrived it was not what she ordered. The waiter did not immediately inform us that a mistake was made but came by later to tell us that the order was being redone. It took awhile before the food arrived but it was really good. No manager offered an explanation or stopped by our table. The taste and quality of the food was excellent as always. Good thing we were not pressed for time.

Food & drinks: Fire restaurant is unbelievable. Wonderful service. One of a kind dining experience. The Chef is very talented. It is a mouth exploding flavor sensation. Wedge salad (a must try), The bread with three different butter selections, palate cleanser (wow), filet mignon with Oscar and chef special sauce (delicious) loaded mashed potatoes, the cheesecake (a must) then they give you a real treat after you finish your meal a chocolate delight. This is an experience you must do .priceless !!

We spent the night at Windcreek and ate at Fire Steakhouse. we were celebrating our birthdays. we were greeted with a smile from the hostess, our serve staff (Andrea) a new enthusiastic employee (matthew), the young lady that brought us bread made with Japanese milk (yum). they all made us feel special. we split a wedge salad, filet, lobster tail, baked potato and creamed spinach. Wish we could have met the chef and had the opportunity to thank him because everything was cooked to perfection. They ended our dinner with Bon Bons and a rose for me!

Eating here was a night to remember! My wife and i were made to feel oh so special from the moment we walked on and were greeted by our very attentive waitress and a table especially reserved for the two of us! I have been all over the world as s career officer with the USAF and I can easily state that this establishment and another restaurant in London are two of the BEST restaurants I have ever dined at in my life!

The food is always well presented and well cooked to how we like it. Andrea is the best server we always ask for her. She has a great personality and has always done a great job for us.

Seafood selection was subpar for one guest. Higher end selection should be offered. Heavy handed on the prime rib seasoning. Service was adequate but not to the level expected from high end steakhouse

Took my husband to Fire for his birthday. This was our first experience eating there. The staff was excellent and the food exceeded our expectations. We will definitely dine at Fire again.
