    The menu isn't huge but the food is excellent and they always have great specials. The servers are attentive but not intrusive. The only downside is the noise level, whether you are in the main dining room or the side room.

    Both of our lunches--pasta dish and clams dish were quite good. Prices lean to the high side, though food was well prepared. I am perplexed as to why bread plates were part of table prep., when no bread was served. The 3% credit card surcharge is bogus, North Jersey restaurants continue to propagate this myth from the pandemic. My resolution, since my costs are increasing, as well, is to deduct this 3% surcharge from my gratuity.

    Stopped in for lunch, immediately greeted and led to a white tablecloth 4 top, great. Soon after, our server greeted us and brought water. So far Restaurant 101, perfect. Lots of selections, apps, salads, pastas, sandwiches. We settled on a Milanese salad and penne with tomato sauce with olives and capers. Both exceptional. The chicken cutlet was pounded before breading and frying and was perfectly crisp and the arugula was super fresh, all topped with shaved Parmesan. The penne was house made and the tomato sauce was fresh and light. Service was terrific too, multiple servers were very attentive yet not obtrusive, more Restaurant 101. We’ll definitely be back!

    The food was excellent and the waitstaff left no detail unaddressed! Another remarkably good time and another memory for the ages! The veal chop Parmesan was delectable, as were the grilled shrimp. We are looking forward to another visit.
