We had a wonderful meal! Our waiter was excellent. I had the lamb chops accompanied by a sweet cherry reduction, baked potato and salad. My wife had the Bay Scallops, risotto and a salad. Everything was prepared beautifully. We ordered dessert which is unusual for us. My wife ad the cheesecake with the raspberry sauce and I had the butter trickle ice cream torte. Very tasty! We left happy and very satisfied.

The food and service is always excellent-our group of four thouhgt it quite strange and somewhat disruptive that we could not receive separate checks-this is not customeer friendly, and will force us to consider an alternative restaurant.

Overall service was excellent and food was good. In my opinion the “blackened” steak “fields style” that the waitress suggested was not very flavorful- like not at all. Even the au jus that was serves as blah. BUT with a bit of salt, the steak was great - just wished I hadn’t paid for the “enhancements” that didn’t add any flavor. Enjoy!

Must say not a normal experience, got seated right away but drinks took a long time, took a long time to order and a long time for food to come out, overall it took almost 2 hrs we have been here many times and tonight was the slowest service we have ever had, would have enjoyed a dessert but had a show to get to so had to leave

My wife passed away two years ago, and our anniversary is in October as well. Fields was my wife's favorite. I continue to celebrate our anniversary at Fields, and the staff always takes the time to make me feel comfortable. It goes without saying that the food is in a class by itself. We will see you in December to celebrate her birthday. Thank you.

This was my first time at Fields. The waitress, Carrie, was outstanding. Her assistant waitress was friendly, but missed offering freshly ground pepper when she brought the salad, and disappeared too quickly before I could ask from some. The lobster bisque was excellent! The hot bacon dressing on the spinach salad was exacting like my mom used to make, so a very pleasant memory. The prime rib was very good, but was swimming in au jus, so much so that I had to take the plate from the assistant waitress to set it down on the table so that the au jus didn't spill. I was served grated horseradish as opposed to the creamy horseradish I requested. The desserts are a great value at only $10.00 each, and I really enjoyed the crustless cheesecake. Overall, a good restaurant in a resort town, but needs a few tweaks to be outstanding.
