Was great! The only issue/no issue was that we did mention when booking the reservation that we were there for a birthday celebration and there was no mention of it at dinner

My husband had to send back his steak because it was undercooked. We waited a fairly long time for it to come back only to discover it had been served to the table next to us. Honest mistake, although how the woman who was eating it didn’t notice it had been partially cut off the bone is beyond me. My husband ended up ordering a different steak since I was almost done eating my meal. It took a fairly long time for him to get it. We were surprised no one from the management team came by to apologize for the mix up. But I guess that’s the way it is now in the service industry. No one seems to care or pays attention to details.

Service was quite slow. Prime rib was tough. I ordered a side of mushrooms and they were on top of the prime rib. Which cooked it to well done. I gave the feedback to the server. I will return. But will ask for the mushrooms on the side. Overall the place is beautiful and we had a lovely time.

Great setting, nice attentive service. Food was OK. I should t expect too much from Wisconsin Dells, but with the very nice ambiance thought they could at least cook a bone-in ribeye the right way. Great desserts!

We are local and have been enjoying the fields for years. Food was on point and service was impeccable. On 23 August 2014 we celebrated my son’s birthday and absolutely everything was awful. Service was unbearable and rude. The food was cold by the time we got it and never received refills or condiments we requested. My mother was holding plates for the server to clear table and the server just walked away leaving my mother holding dishes. Multiple times we had to get up from our table to request service. Servers argued with each other openly infront of the guest…. Just an awful experience!!!! I will never recommend this place to friends and family. We are local so everyone visiting the dells area ask for our preferences. It’s sad because this ounce was an outstanding establishment

I loved the steak (overcooked) and the Ahi appetizer. I enjoyed them both. After my husband tried his crab cake. He was ready to go! When i tried it i understood why… we left and ate somewhere else.
