Once again an amazing experience delicious fresh piping hot food an absolute delight to eat here staff are amazing the attention to personal detailed requirements of customers is outstanding always smiling friendly faces and nothing is too much trouble the service is impeccable, and the venue is pristine and a favourite for us Food always Fresh and well-prepared thank you to all the staff that make the journey worthwhile to Feng Sheng especially Winnie and Karen and the amazing cooks not forgetting our Male service person sorry forgot your name always such a happy guy,

The owner at this restaurant (manager) is very rude & disgraceful. She turned me, my husband and 2 toddlers and baby away at the door saying it’s fully booked and there is no space. We found this to be strange as inside it didn’t look like all tables were gone. When i went away i called the restaurant, the same woman answered and said she can book me in same day for table of 5. I was furious and asked her why she couldn’t do that at the door instead of turning us away at the door abruptly 5 mins ago. She was taken back as she realised its me who she turned away minutes ago and started waffling nonsense to cover her back. She also shouted at me and referred to me as ‘listen lady’ which i found very unprofessional and aggressive. Unfortunately these people ruined the restaurant as it’s located in a nice place but it’s a shame the owner and people working there are very rude and disrespectful. Definitely never going there again.

We have visited many Times and it has become one of our favourite eating experiences, the staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating regarding minor additions or changes to our favourite dishes. The quality of the food just keeps getting better, the menu is varied and has many vegan options, the resturant is well maintained toilets are spotless,table service is fast and the food is always fresh and piping hot A perfect setting for a quiet meal in an absolutely amazing location Thank you Team Fensheng

Attended the restaurant with my family for Mother's Day we all had a great time. Although it took the waitress a long time to take our order due to a shortage of staff The quality of service was outstanding and the food was exceptional.

Amazing restaurant and wonderful food. Staff were perfect just maybe understaffed when we visited as 1 person doing everything by himself and with a smile on his face. Would certainly dine here again.
