FEI’s Culinary School restaurant, Pasión, is designed to give our students a real-world experience and education. Students work and learn with our Chef Instructors in every aspect of our restaurant operations. From recipe creation to prepping ingredients to ‘mice en place’ to cooking to plating your dishes, to presenting and bringing your food to your table in the Front of the House, our students do it all under the detailed instructions and inspiration of our Faculty.
