Jam Delish is an independent family-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant and cocktail bar in Angel, Islington. Founded in 2020 by siblings Jordan and Chyna, their idea was one that came purely from their desire to bring their grandparents authentic, traditional Caribbean recipes from their family home to the London food scene, with a fresh and modern take, inspired by their own upbringing in a vegan household. Fusing their love for plant-based food with their Caribbean roots, they identified a niche gap in the market for authentic, Modern Caribbean Vegan Cuisine. Llerena takes its name from a little village in Extremadura, southwest Spain, where four generations of our family has raised Iberian pigs since 1939, producing authentic "Bellota" jamón ibérico, chorizo and other pork delicacies. Our family created a business around the farm called Jamón y Salud to sell our gourmet products and has now brought this exquisite taste of Spain to Islington with the Llerena Ibérico Tapas Bar. Une agréable soirée. Ayant déjà visité ce restaurant auparavant, je savais à quoi m’attendre. Les aliments sont de qualité correcte et la proportion des plats est également correcte par rapport au prix. Peut-être un manque de saveurs pour certains plats, mais en général c’est bon. Le service est rapide, l’ambiance est détaché, le personnel agréable, mais peut-être un peu trop hâtif, justement lorsqu’ils viennent récupérer les plats à peine finis. Je recommande !
