Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running. Une agréable soirée. Ayant déjà visité ce restaurant auparavant, je savais à quoi m’attendre. Les aliments sont de qualité correcte et la proportion des plats est également correcte par rapport au prix. Peut-être un manque de saveurs pour certains plats, mais en général c’est bon. Le service est rapide, l’ambiance est détaché, le personnel agréable, mais peut-être un peu trop hâtif, justement lorsqu’ils viennent récupérer les plats à peine finis. Je recommande !
