Géré par les chefs Walter Manzke et Margarita Manzke, le restaurant Republique vous accueille en plein cœur de Los Angeles, dans un bâtiment classique construit en 1929 et habité par Charlie Chaplin. Ces locaux ont été ensuite occupés par les emblématiques boulangerie La Brea et restaurant Campanile.
