Le restaurant Public Kitchen & Bar découle du chef Tim Goodell du restaurant Domaine, au sein de l'historique hôtel Hollywood Roosevelt, présentant un menu composé de plats américains éclectiques. La salle à manger de l'ancien style hollywoodien ré-imaginé de l'hôtel faisant figure de repère historique propose aux habitants et aux voyageurs un cadre magnifique qui rappelle une maison privée élégante et accueillante. Un design d'inspiration loft offre un espace plus lumineux et éclatant souligné par des billots de boucher en noyer noir, des chaises de bibliothèque des années 1960 remodelées et des banquettes capitonnées. Au centre de la salle se trouve un grand bar à trois côtés couvert de marbre proposant des cocktails créatifs, une carte des vins à prix modérés, des bières pression et en bouteille, ainsi que des assortiments de charcuterie et de fromages.
Petit Trois Le Valley, the second outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's beloved bistro, opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. This larger location channels a lavish French Brasserie, with its marble bar, banquette lined dining room, and a Chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen. The second dining room can be reserved for larger parties and private events. Since opening, Petit Trois has garnered praise from casual foodies and revered food critics. In 2015, Petit Trois was nominated for Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation and in 2019 earned the Bib Gourmand designation upon the Michelin Guide’s return to Los Angeles. Additionally, Petit Trois was featured on the late Jonathan Gold’s 101 Best Restaurants in Los Angeles list from 2015-2017 and has remained on the list since 2019 when Bill Addison & Patricia Escárcega took over.
