Tutti Matti sert une cuisine toscane traditionnelle, authentique, préparée en utilisant uniquement des ingrédients frais de saison. Tout est fait maison, y compris les pains frais et les pâtes. Certains plats sont des productions permanentes de leur cuisine - gnudi, pinci, papardelle et tagliatelles.
