FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. Cellars running under all three structures hold kitchens, wine cellars & services for the dining areas.Due to the integrity of the menu, dietary preferences/aversions will not be accommodated. The Bryant is a new urban-style restaurant, located next to the Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington. This beautiful 10,000 sq ft restaurant has a spectacular bar and an impressive open kitchen. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting with white tile walls, antique mirrors, beautiful woodwork, and comfortable seating. The Bryant also offers three private dining room options for parties and events; great for a meeting or a special celebration.
