O'Neil collaborates with Executive Chef, Daniel Gursha, formerly of Bambara, Cambridge and A Voce and Bouley in New York City, offering a progressive New England concept, where traditional 19th-century dishes, cocktails, and techniques will be elevated with 21st-century resources.
