Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario and particularly, here at the Hilton Toronto Airport. An open kitchen and open flame oven center the dining room, creating a menu of rustic, comforting dishes with a worldly influence.
