Créé par le Liberty Entertainment Group, ce bel espace audacieux de 10 000 pieds carrés est un chic mélange des styles rustique, industriel et moderne. La cuisine traditionnelle faite à la main du Cibo... c'est le goût authentique de la cuisine du sud, fraîchement apprêtée devant vous sur un plan de travail de près de 40 pieds carrés.
La réserve, primée, comporte 2500 bouteilles de vin disposées sur deux étages. Un équipement sophistiqué, tel un ange-sommelier, ira récupérer votre bouteille préférée.
