Depuis plus de 15 ans la propriétaire du Yokohama, Cindy Chan-Sze, est fière de proposer sa cuisine asiatique de qualité aux palais de Burlington County et a tissé des liens étroits avec la cuisine et la population du South Jersey. Son fils Kenneth Sze, désormais co-propriétaire, a aussi apporté son inspiration et sa vision créative de la cuisine japonaise au Yokohama.
