Patsy’s Pizzeria first opened its New York City location at 2287 1st Avenue in 1933, and quickly established itself as a family style, old-fashioned neighborhood restaurant. Patsy’s Pizzeria catered to the growing population of Italian immigrants who longed for the cuisine of their homeland in a casual family style atmosphere.
FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales. Bourbon Blackberry Collins, with Black Dirt bourbon (fresh from nearby Orange County), lemon juice, and agave, is a great way to start off the evening.
