The Romans brought wheat and introduced onion, garlic, olives and grapes. Later the Moors were the first to plant rice and introduced figs, planted groves of lemons, oranges and almond trees. Monmouth Park’s climate-controlled tiered dining room features private televisions at each table and over two dozen televisions on the surrounding walls and pillars. The Dining Club – and newly-renovated Salvator Grille Bar – is located on the third floor of the Clubhouse with an impressive tiered view of the entire paddock and track.New for the 2022 season, the Dining Club experience will offer both a buffet and a la carte. With specific offerings varying by the day, guests will enjoy a create your own soup & salad station, concession fanfare, and rotating desserts! A variety of a la carte entree options will also be available! Special menus for Mother's Day, Father's Day, & Haskell Day will be available for viewing on OpenTable a few weeks before each event.
