Reservations are open for dinner only, lunch is walk ins only. What’s in the name you ask? We don’t really know, other than the fact that it has a good ring to it. Nothing really about this place makes much sense. Are we a butcher shop or a restaurant? Are we a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop? In our spare time we like to build fires and cook food over wood, you can hire us to do that. We make all of our own charcuterie in house, and we’re determined to get better at that everyday. How do two concepts operate together in harmony? We don’t really know yet, but we will work at it ‘til it’s seamless. One thing we do know, all of the meat served and sold between these four walls is strictly derived from whole animals butchered in-house, sourced from happy places.

The Valley Restaurant brings a European feel to Niagara dining. Ambiance très bruyante! Soyez preparé, Tres bon service, jovial et rapide. Cocktails maisons délicieux,mais le mien était en canette avoir su j’en aurait choisi un autre . Les mozzarella sticks sont délicieux avec juste assez de panure Je vous recommande aussi la wedge salad c’est une généreuse portion bien garnie Nous avons adoré. Les parms sont aussi de généreuse portion . Le poulet autant que le veau étaient tendres et savoureux. Mais tres fromagés Trisha’s Baked Shells with ricotta& lemon bien dosé en citron ,savoureux et frais. Penne alla vodka mon plats préféré! Tellement bon , parfait avec un peu de chapelure grillée qui apporte une texture intéressante à ce plat. Et pour conclure ce festin. De vrai bons tiramisus. J’y retournerais volontier si ce n’étais pas si loin de Montreal

Deuxième visite en 4 ans depuis Montréal pour apprécier de nouveau le Signature slaw de M. Lee et ses autres plats toujours aussi délicieux. Le nouveau restaurant est aussi agréable que l'ancien . Au final, facture raisonnable pour la qualité de la table. On y revient lors d'un prochain passage à Toronto
