Red Rocks Café est un restaurant américain unique de propriété et de gestion locale. Le restaurant est en opération dans la région de Charlotte, Caroline du Nord depuis 1992. Deux entités sont en opération. Le Red Rocks original est dans la région de Charlotte Foxcroft au centre commercial Strawberry Hill, et la nouvelle entité ouverte en 2003 est au Birkdale Village à Huntersville, Caroline du Nord. Un menu très varié d'entrées, salades, pâtes, steaks, fruits de mer, du poulet et des sandwiches est proposé. Les propositions de vins et desserts sont de classe mondiale. Le restaurant est unique car il propose quelque chose pour chacun. Personne n'est exclu à cause du prix ou de la catégorie d'aliments. Au Red Rocks, vous pouvez choisir de « manger » ou « souper ». La mission est de travailler de façon professionnelle et d'opérer efficacement un retaurant propre haut de gamme qui offre toujours de la bonne nourriture et des boissons à un coût raisonnable. Bienvenue au Ruth’s Chris Steak House ! La fondatrice du restaurant, Ruth Fertel, avait l’habitude de dire: « Si vous avez déjà goûté un filet de boeuf aussi bon, alors revenez nous voir le plus vite possible !». Ici, la viande est quelque chose de sacré. Le personnel s’assurera que vous passez un bon moment, sans afficher de comportement lourd ou crispé, comme dans certaines steak houses. Ce restaurant, situé au sein de SouthPark, et créé dans un style classique du sud, possède une salle à manger très spacieuse, ainsi que plusieurs espaces de souper privés. Entouré par un sombre bois de feuillu et des faïences artisanales, vous aurez l’impression de vous retrouver à la Nouvelle-Orléans. Toutes les viandes de boeuf y sont certifiées. Elles sont préparées sur des grills à 1800 degrés, et servis sur des assiettes atteignant la température de 500 degrés.
