In 1992, thrown together on Cape Cod by political circumstances none of them could have predicted, four young Yugoslavs founded Pain D'Avignon.Their goal was to recreate the Old World Traditions using baking techniques and recipes barely changed in centuries. Their founding principle: fine breads deserve to be at the center of the dining experience, not a mere afterthought. At their Hyannis bakery, the timeless art of bread making is both revered and respected. Everyday salt, flour and filtered water are combined – like the bakers themselves – with a distinctly European flavor.

The Oyster Company Raw Bar & Grille has been celebrating Cape Cod's freshest catch for over 2 decades with its incredible dishes, relaxed atmosphere and our Famous Oysters from our Own Oyster Farm. The sashimi oysters on the half shell with yellowfin tuna sashimi and wasabi aioli and the fresh lobster quesadilla with melted cheese and chipotle mayo make tantalizing starters. Some of The Oyster Company Raw Bar & Grille's specialty entrée dishes include the Shrimp and the Scallop Sauté with tomatoes, black garlic and pappardelle pasta. Guests can also choose the Grilled Native Swordfish. The Oyster Company Cioppino -linguini with lobster saffron sauce topped with lobster, shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams, which are all as beautifully prepared as they are delicious.
