Ces locaux ont été ensuite occupés par les emblématiques boulangerie La Brea et restaurant Campanile. Le Republique est fondé sur ce passé glorieux, offrant un environnement gastronomique empreint d'histoire et de grandeur. Un bar décontracté et un bistrot se trouvent à l'avant du restaurant.
