Le restaurant est décoré avec goût et créativité et rend hommage au "Great Fire", seul bâtiment sorti indemne de ce feu en 1866. La cuisine ouverte vous permettra d'observer la création des repas tous composés d'ingrédients locaux et qui sont préparés de façon originale. La cuisine de David a un pied dans la tradition et l'autre dans les influences contemporaines de la plupart des grandes cuisines du monde.
