Enjoy exceptional cuisine with an emphasis on cutting-edge British cuisine, prepared with the highest quality of fresh ingredients. The dishes you find on the menu are also influenced by Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection who has a particular passion for food. As you step in from the bustling city streets of Kensington you will be struck by the fine traditional décor, rich mahogany furniture, warm wood panelling and the abundance of natural daylight pouring in from the Victorian leaded windows. Enter a world of calm sophistication and sumptuous luxury in our dining room, a room full of character, reflecting the distinctive period architecture of the building. The circular Oratory, with its ornate vaulted ceiling and wood panelling, is perfect for private dining. Afternoon Tea is served in the Park Lounge - available to book on Opentable.

Breath-taking interiors by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, where classical myths are retold through a modern palette of the most refined materials, and comforts to sink into. Dramatic artworks by Damien Hirst soar over the dining area, whilst the eye falls on piece after piece of original, antique sculpture.

The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again! Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We are lucky enough to be able to wind back our roof in the conservatory for those long summer lunches to. Alongside our a la carte menu we have a bar snack menu that not only runs all day, everyday but also contains such pub classics. Roasts run all day on a Sunday and we guarantee to make sure you will always have ample spuds, gravy and yorkies!
