Sougo's cuisine is Shojin vegetarian, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients (we can also cater to vegan guests).The restaurant's mission is to bring the teachings of Shojin vegetarian cuisine to the modern age, to bring out the best of the ingredients, and to utilize all of life we receive without wasting any of it. Combining the essence of a restaurant with "delicious, fun, and beautiful," we offer dishes that are both modern and traditional, with a few surprises thrown in.
The chefs at Kaigetsu obtain rare vegetables from Hiroshi farmers and prepare them in innovative ways to create exciting new dishes. Not only are the vegetables used in this cuisine healthy for the body and mind, but they are also packed with flavor and visually pleasing on the plate. Kaigetsu’s popular menu items include jellyfish salad, fried Kirishima chicken and mackerel. Two set menu options are available. The Omakase course offers nine to ten dishes, while a lighter course includes seven dishes at a lower price. Kaigetsu also offers a cookery class, where students can learn professional methods of food preparation.
Osteria Oliera specializes in authentic Italian cuisine. It uses fresh, healthy and local ingredients to create each of its dishes. All the fish and vegetables the restaurant uses are selected carefully from Tsukiji. The spacious dining area at Osteria Oliera features modern d_cor and low lighting that creates an intimate ambiance.

The chefs use only fresh ingredients to craft the entr_es, and they love to put a unique and creative twist on everything ranging from the tempura to the desserts. This makes Ebisu Fry Bar an exciting place to gather with friends, family and coworkers.
The menu at Ebisu Fry Bar has things such as shrimp tempura, shiitake mushroom and beef tongue and potato. Plenty of beverages are available, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic to suit a variety of preferences.
Mushroom is a cozy French restaurant that emphasizes the use of mushrooms in the dishes. Stop by with a friend for lunch and enjoy the appetizer of the day, fresh fish of the day or a broth of mushrooms and a main dish of the day. Mushroom offers several dinner choices, such as the prefix course menu with four or five dishes or an a la carte option as well as the specialty Omakase course of mushroom Dzukushi.
