Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations.     The amusee bouche was delicious and welcomed with the bread roll as it took quite a while for the entree to arrive. My husband was not impressed by the salmon entree and left most of it. I enjoyed the ravoli - I could taste the pumpkin middles (usually with ravioli I can't) but I found the creamy sauce a bit too rich and overpowering. My husband really enjoyed the duck main and I quite enjoyed the steak, though it was a bit gristley. I would have preferred less steak and more veg. The creme brulee was delicious. The mocktail was nice. We took home the petit fours which were lovely morsels.

    We had a girls night out and the service, food and staff all were fabulous! We always enjoy The Locker Room whenever we go there! Lot of fun!
