Géré par les chefs Walter Manzke et Margarita Manzke, le restaurant Republique vous accueille en plein cœur de Los Angeles, dans un bâtiment classique construit en 1929 et habité par Charlie Chaplin. Ces locaux ont été ensuite occupés par les emblématiques boulangerie La Brea et restaurant Campanile. Le Republique est fondé sur ce passé glorieux, offrant un environnement gastronomique empreint d'histoire et de grandeur. Un bar décontracté et un bistrot se trouvent à l'avant du restaurant. Une salle à manger plus formelle est située à l'arrière. Vous pourrez y déguster un menu d'inspiration française créé quotidiennement par les chefs.

Mario & Allegra Perez met when they began working together in an Italian restaurant in Santa Monica in 2000. In 2008, they started their first restaurant, Tortuga Bay, which features authentic dishes from Mario's hometown of Guadalajara, Mexico. In 2019, Mario & Allegra decided to recreate a similar type of restaurant in which they met: California-Italian cuisine for the neighborhood and families to gather and enjoy locally-sourced meals. Allegra California Café offers healthy alternatives, hearty comfort foods, and vegetarian and vegan options. We proudly serve Lavazza coffee as well as beer, wine, & wine-based cocktails.
