A restaurant, wine bar and fermenting kitchen - we're open for lunch Wednesdays to Sundays and dinner all week. Our menu changes monthly and our cooking is simple and seasonal. It's here we make all our seasonal ferments, pickles and drinks - all of which you can buy ready jarred from our fridge. Our large kitchen counter is the centrepiece, and you’re invited to grab a seat, order something to eat and enjoy the workings of life in our kitchen. “A stones throw away from Dalston Kingsland Station you will find The Dalston Jazz Bar. It’s a full on restaurant up until 10 PM. They serve an array of fresh seafood as well as yummy beer from a local brewery and cocktails. The live band plays throughout the night with a few breaks. After 10 PM they clear all tables and chairs to create a dance floor and this place then really starts to rock! We don't do vegan or vegetarian food. We specialize in fish. Super impressed with Mexican Seoul. Booked based upon reviews and was not disappointed. All of the food was outstanding although the bulgogi tacos were the outstanding dish. Service was also spot on - really nice staff and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Best meal of the year? Quite probably. Another visit to Silo. It’s simply awesome. Tonight we ate the whole menu and some… Both the fish and the pumpkin dishes are two of my all time favourites. The best service. Friendly and informative from a team that truly cares. Not a lot else I can say other than for anyone who likes innovative, tasty food, with a zero-waste ethos, you should go. Superb…!
