Après 17 ans de succès dans les affaires malgré une rude concurrence, ce restaurant est encore fort, bénéficiant d'une excellente cuisine et d'une bonne ambiance dans un cadre contemporain et confortable. Le chef et le gérant sont là depuis la création de l'endroit. Ils reconnaissent tous deux qu'une telle longévité est une bénédiction qui arrive rarement dans le monde tumultueux et fumant des cuisines.
