Set in the 'Garden Village' at Tankardstown, Brabazon Restaurant has become a true destination for diners and lives long in the memory of all who visit. Head Chef János Sárközi and his team offer a culinary experience based on seasonality and local produce; some of which is derived from the estates own kitchen garden and polytunnels. A la carte and Tasting menu for lunch can be enjoyed Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 3pm, and for dinner Thursday to Sunday. Our story: The StockHouse is result of four people with an avid love of good food, good times & good value. Having both eaten out and working in various establishments both in Ireland and abroad, and having spoken about opening our own restaurant on many a night out it finally came to be when Mick and Orla approached Tom and Carmel about the possibility of opening a place of our own. They had been watching the building for quite a while and when it became available they decided to act and so our partnership was formed and StockHouse was born....
