The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

Lynn, CEC prepares Dinner Wednesday-Saturday 5 pm - 8:30 pm featuring steaks, seafood, pasta, and regional specialties. Cap off your meal with one of our heavenly sweet treats from our Ice Cream, Dessert and Fudge Parlor lovingly prepared by Chef Jessica Lynn. Chefs Matthew and Jessica take you on a culinary journey driven by their world travels and passion for quality food and service.
