Alle Zutaten der Gerichte, werden bei FREA verarbeitet und zu kreativen und leckeren Gerichten zubereitet. Unser reines Sauerteigbrot kommt aus der hauseigenen FREA Bakery. Die Reste die nicht mehr weiterverarbeitet werden können, landen in der hauseigenen Kompostiermaschine (Gersi). FULL TASTE, ZERO WASTE, das ist wofür FREA steht.
