La formule familiale permet aux convives de partager plusieurs plats de la carte. Des portions individuelles sont également offertes sur demande. Pour accompagner votre repas, le Butera dispose d'une carte des vins élaborées ainsi que d'un service de bar complet. Terminez votre repas par l'un des délicieux desserts maisons. Quand le temps le permet, une aire extérieure permet d’admirer le centre-ville de Sayville, un verre à la main. Un espace salle à manger de style «lounge» est disponible pour les groupes de 25 à 40 personnes. Pour les groupes plus nombreux, deux grandes salles à manger sont à votre disposition. Côté ménage, vous n’aurez aucun souci, le service est inclus! Le restaurant est aussi ouvert pour le dîner.
