Campania Coal Fired Pizza specializes in exactly what its name implies: delicious pizza cooked in a coal oven to produce a unique smoky texture to the crust and toppings. This special method of cooking pizza imparts certain flavors that simply can't be replicated by using a wood burning stove or other method of heating.
