A celebration of Sherry, Wine, Tapas, & Friends. Frank Mac's. Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. A handful of bar stools provide the perfect vantage point to take in the cocktail mixology while the dark velvet curtains, worn leather banquette seats and cosy fireplace of the ‘Snug’ provides groups of up to eight with a private space to retreat and relax.

We celebrated our anniversary at Clam Bar and had a wonderful experience. Amazing seafood and produce, beautiful interior design and staff who were helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and wine list. We look forward to celebrating at Clam Bar bar again.

From the tapas, appetizers and main course everything was delicious. We ordered some anchovies tapas, first time I tried them and they were spectacular. And what to say about the wine, we chose one on the recommendation of the waiter and it did not disappoint!
