Chef Tom Bidios found himself lost in the Deep South of Northern America whilst travelling and there discovered his passion for the soulful food that is at its core. A cuisine that’s yet to be fully explored in Perth but is soulful, homely and undeniable delicious. Expect to not only experience things more familiar like Oysters, Wood fired meat, fried chicken & croquette’s … because that is just the beginning. Prawn & pimento grits with crispy pigs ears, devilled egg hash brown, Biscuit’s, braised green & fried green tomatoes, that is the Lo experience that will transport you for a few short hours to somewhere south. A back bar with some of the best whisky’s on offer and a small but curated cocktail & wine list to perfectly compliment the occasion.
