Beautifully arranged over three floors, Bohemia delivers food menu available until 9pm each day. The award winning food is prepared fresh and in house, with quality ingredients. Guests can enjoy creations by Bohemia's head chef and his team in a variety of settings including 'the library' balcony where they can relax on leather armchairs, read newspapers, use the free wifi and watch the world go by below in the historic Lanes. Downstairs is the main bar where there is a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere in the rustic surroundings with the famous centre island bar being the main focal point. We’re proud to say that Brighton was the second ever Bill’s, and whilst it’s no longer a bus depot (spoiler, it used to be a bus depot), it still transports you to the good times. Oh, and it’s only up the road from the seafront, so there’s no excuse to miss it, even if you get lost in the Lanes.

In 1976 Michael Garman returned to Brighton and opened IL Bistroafter being inspired by the Italian and French culture and cuisineduring his travels to the Provence and the western coast of Italy.His goal was to open Brighton’s first Mediterranean steakhouse.For the first time, Brightonians were able to order fresh pasta,arancini, dry aged beef, tiramisu and negronis.47 years later and now being operated by Michael's son Abe,IL Bistro still stands by the same principles, using local suppliersand produce, fresh ingredients and the best available dryaged British beef. The restaurant is situated in an 18th centuryfisherman’s cottage which we find rather fitting after Michaelspent years in Portofino, Livorno and Saint-Tropez, Europe’smost famous fishing villages.Booking info:Since reopening from covid we ask for a £10 per person deposit in our busier times which gets deducted from your bill at the end of your meal.
