All of our menu items are inspired by Asian cuisine and have been created by Chef Patron Alex Boyd, after studying authentic Asian cuisine in Hong Kong. Sourcing only the best ingredients, we also have a variety of skilfully made handcrafted cocktails, carefully selected wines, and beer to choose from. Welcome to The Warren Restaurant, an extension of The Crowborough Estate, holding stock of Sussex Cattle, Boer Goats, Fallow deer, and Wild boar amongst others which the restaurant draws on for its menu. We are a Dog Friendly restaurant. Given the provenance, the kitchen predominantly cooks British food, occasionally dipping into other cuisines to provide a vehicle for flavours – nettle gnocchi for example, or poached oyster with wild boar chorizo.WE wanted a unique fun and informal restaurant, to offer their Crowborough Estate’s produce from.
