Le restaurant propose une carte des vins bien distincte, où chaque cru s'est vu attribuer + 90 points, des cocktails fantastiques, dont « Le Brix 35 » et les meilleures bières pression artisanales. Le menu se compose de steaks coupés à la main, de pâtes faites maison, de plats de poulet et de fruits de mer frais, ainsi que des mets servis le soir par le chef Brooke. Vous pourrez dîner dans la salle à manger ou au pub où vous pourrez regarder votre équipe de sport favorite. L'happy hour est organisé 3 à 6 jours par semaine au pub. La salle à manger privée peut accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes et peut être réservée pour des occasions spéciales ou des réunions.
