such a lovely restaurant! went there for valentine’s day and we had such a beautiful evening. the interior of the restaurant was gorgeous and they made an effort to celebrate the day. one issue i had was that when we arrived they offered us some water for the table which we said yes too not realising it was going to be an extra £5 added on to our bill. the only other issue i had was that near the window where we got sat it felt a bit more chilly which is not ideal for mid winter but other than that we had an amazing night and i would most definitely go again!

Overall is good, the waiter is nice and friendly. We had requested to change a table with a better light, they accepted and changed. The price is not bad, but it would be great if more main meals choice.

Lovely venue, although in the middle of no where in my opinion. Service was good as we had early booking. Starters was delicious, the venison kebab, the quails egg I would have preferred it to be a bit runnier in the middle when you cut into it. The sauce was great and good amount just right for the amount. The mix grill was a disappointment due to the small portion size, there was not enough flavour to this dish. The prawn purée was nice, please serve in a flat plate as it will be easier to eat than the round bowl we had it served in. Ambience was nice. Mains were ok the meat dish was not spicy enough as per details on the menu, the dhansak was lovely, the peshwari naan was yummy. The duck dish would be better to be cooked to one’s tastebud, I would have preferred this a little less cooked. Dessert- we didn’t enjoy in the way it was described on the menu, however the cake for the birthday was nice along with the other complimentary little pot we had. A lovely evening full of lovely food
