So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. One visit to Anthony’s creative Italian cuisine & you will be hooked. As you walk into one of three beautifully redesigned dinning rooms, in a building that dates back to the 1930’s, you will smell the aromas of the freshest ingredients and spices, which are used to create the unique menu. This coupled with the warm earth tones & natural lighting from the oversized windows makes dining here a truly special experience. Outdoor café dinning when weather permits adds to the romantic ambience.As you are escorted to your table you can’t help but notice the beautifully crafted temperature controlled oak wine cabinet which houses up to 200 bottles of wine. Since the restaurant is a BYOB, the owners wanted to provide customers with a place to store their favorite wines so they are readily available each time they visit. Anthony’s also offers the use of any of their dinning rooms for private events.

Élu meilleur restaurant italien du sud du New Jersey pour la 10e année consécutive par le Post Courier, il a apporté le style de cuisine italienne maison qui a fait le succès de son établissement du sud de Philadelphie, le Chip's Restaurant, créé en 1903. Depuis le premier jour, les convives chantent les louanges de chacun de ses plats. Robert Cipollone (chef cuisinier) continue à préserver les traditions et recettes familiales. Il a cependant ajouté de nombreux hors d’œuvres, pâtes et desserts primés au menu. "Cielito Lindo Mexican Cuisine is family-owned and operated and has been serving the Medford and surrounding communities since November 2017. Cielito Lindo is an extension of La Cita Mexican Restaurant in Cherry Hill. Owners, Olivia, Regulo Reyes and Alma, are originally from Puebla, Mexico and have been residing in South Jersey for over 20 years. Regulo served as an executive chef at Caffe Aldo Lamberti and Positano Coast by Lamberti for over 15 years before pursuing an independent restaurant venture.
