Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. Beautiful meal and setting enjoying a spring evening meal. We did the $89 banquet which was lovely, but service was incredibly slow. We dined early but still finished our evening when other diners who arrived 60-90mins after us did. Wine menu was limited. Food was exceptional. The barramundi is presented in the most exceptional way and flavours that came from everything were delightful. Good portion and serving sizes.

The pizza and meatballs were lovely as usual but must congratulate the waitress for her exceptional service last Saturday night. We were up front and she went about her duties efficiently and with a smile on her face. Very busy with people just turning up and having that to deal with as well. She is definitely a keeper.
