Le restaurant Grain House se situe à Basking Ridge, dans le New Jersey, sur un parc de plusieurs hectares appartenant au groupe Olde Mill Inn. A l’origine, dans les années 1760, le bâtiment servait de grange et avait vocation à stocker le blé pour les soldats de la révolution américaine. Il a ensuite été délocalisé jusqu’à son emplacement actuel, puis transformé en restaurant dans les années 1930. Aujourd’hui, The Grain House est un restaurant très réputé dans tout le nord et le centre du New Jersey. Vous y serez reçu dans un cadre tout confort et dans une ambiance décontractée. La carte vous propose de tester toutes les différentes facettes de la cuisine américaine, en passant du traditionnel au contemporain, toujours avec une grande dose d’innovation.
