Chefs Tom (Pitt Cue Co, London) and Adam (Homeslice, London) pay homage to the low and slow traditions of American BBQ utilising smoking, chargrill techniques and pair this with flavours from Mexico, China, France and alike. Always a great experience. Lots of vegan options available, creative spins on traditional dishes - ie the ‘garlic bread bun’ (fan favourite at our place), fabulous drinks list. We come fairly regularly and each time everything is exactly as we’d been craving. Bring a cardi if your sitting outside :)
